Oziway is committed to protecting the data privacy of all its users, irrespective of where they reside. We share data only to facilitate transactions that need to be fulfilled. If you are the Customer then you have ordered products to be sent to your address. When you are the Seller then you want to send those products. When you are the Promotor, then you are doing marketing work and would like to receive a commission. We use servers located in Microsoft Azure (currently in Asia, Singapore) data centers to store personal information gathered by the Oziway service. In all such cases, data transfers will be carried out only after we ensure the third party provides comparable levels of data protection and that they will use your information only for the purposes set out in this policy
